This custom new construction project delivered a spectacular multi-level home designed for modern coastal living. The focus was on maximizing the expansive outdoor space and views through multiple custom decks and porches, including a distinctive top-level covered deck with a wood-paneled vaulted ceiling and built-in lighting. The interior features a contemporary aesthetic, a dedicated wet bar area for entertaining, and luxury finishes throughout, all managed with our seamless design-build approach.
